Fees

Fees are based on the period, Sept. 11/17-June 16/18. Holidays, practices off etc. have been calculated into the fees.

Also, an annual Swim Ontario registration fee of $95, (8&U), $115 (9-10yrs); $135 (11-14yrs); $155 (15&O) (SwimFit, Silver, Bronze, Ducklings $48) is payable at registration.

Fees can be paid by Cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
Quarterly and Monthly installment plans available. Admin charges are applied and included in the installments.

NO FUND RAISING OR WORK COMMITMENT REQUIRED.

Note: All fees will be pro-rated after Nov 1, 2017. Holidays, practices off & cancellations have been accounted for in the calculation of fees.

NSF Charges: $30.00 Late Payments: $20.00

Cancelled Practices

There is no training during Christmas Holidays; March Break or some Holiday weekends. There are also a number of pre-planned cancellations due to other activities in the facility. There will be no practices scheduled when swimmers are expected to be at a swim meet. This has been taken into consideration when fees are established.

Refund Policy

On withdrawal, the swimmer will be charged from date of registration  up to and including the month in which they withdraw PLUS one month's fees, and there is no refund of Swim Ont. Fees.  Withdrawal begins on receipt of written notification. If withdrawal occurs within 2 weeks from registration, there will be a full refund less an Administration fee ($10/practice, minimum $50).  There will be no refund of fees after March 1, 2017.  After this date, any fees due for the remainder of the season will be payable in full upon withdrawal.
